Before the congress, each delegate was given a personal QR code that connected to the “Party Congress” application. Official delegates were equipped with tablets, making it convenient to access information.
With just a scan of the code on your smartphone, all information, documents and utilities serving the congress are fully displayed.
Processes such as roll call, seat location lookup, and finding the way to the hall are performed quickly and accurately via smart digital maps, helping to save time and human resources.

The “Party Congress” application provides all documents, draft reports, working programs, regulations and discussion lists in electronic form, scientifically arranged and easy to look up. Charts, infographics, and videos summarizing the term are integrated visually, helping delegates grasp and analyze information effectively.
A notable new feature is allowing delegates to send comments directly to documents on mobile devices – a modern, transparent and cost-effective form of interaction.
Delegate Nguyen Huu Thong, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province, shared: “The application of information technology has helped delegates quickly and fully access the documents of the Congress. From there, they have more time to research and improve the quality of their contributions. It can be said that the application of information technology has contributed significantly to the success of this Congress.”

Organizing the "Paperless Digital Congress" not only improves efficiency, democracy and professionalism in organizational work, but also demonstrates the determination to innovate leadership methods, in line with the comprehensive digital transformation trend of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.
Below are some images of the "Paperless Digital Congress" that Lam Dong Newspaper, Radio and Television reporters recorded at the Congress:
