At the conference, Major General Nguyen Ba Luc, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, informed about a number of contents on the world and regional situation related to military and defense tasks; results of military and defense tasks and compliance with discipline and law in recent times.

The representative of the Legal Department (Ministry of National Defense) reported a summary of the Program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the draft laws considered, commented on or approved by the National Assembly at the session; the results and progress of the draft laws drafted by the Ministry of National Defense, expected to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval at the session; draft laws related to military, national defense and cryptography for National Assembly deputies to study and comment at the session.

Along with the above contents, the conference listened to the representative of the Department of Rescue and Search and Rescue report on the preparation of the draft Law on State of Emergency to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval at the 10th Session; the representative of Command 86 reported on a number of contents related to the draft Law on Cyber ​​Security 2025.

Concluding the conference, General Phan Van Giang emphasized that the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly will consider and decide on many important issues of the country, which is a session with a very large workload; he requested that delegates fully participate in the contents and agenda of the session; promote a sense of responsibility, strictly implement the regulations and working rules of the National Assembly; strictly observe the discipline of speaking, and ensure state and military secrets.

The Minister of National Defense noted that when speaking, delegates must be well prepared, the content must be specific, have clear opinions, and be consistent with the viewpoints of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, especially for draft laws directly related to the Army.
