The program is an opportunity to meet and review the artistic creation journey of artists who worked at the Southern Central Bureau Base; expressing the City's respect for the great contributions of the artists, arousing pride, creative responsibility and continuing the glorious tradition of Vietnam's revolutionary arts.

At the meeting, art performances were elaborately staged, recreating the heroic atmosphere and indomitable spirit of previous generations.

The highlight of the program was the exchange with artists who used to work at the Southern Central Bureau Base with the theme "Echoes of a time of fire and flowers" bringing delegates, guests, and artists back to the arduous years of resistance but still singing, painting, and rhyming.

Sharing by musician Pham Minh Tuan and poet Le Quang Trang, Painter Phan Huu Thien, director Nguyen Minh Tri... at the meeting recalled the image of the steadfast and creative artist and soldier amidst the fire and bullets, bringing songs, poems, and plays to light up the faith and encourage the fighting spirit of our army and people.

From that harsh reality, many works have become "spiritual weapons", contributing to the strength of the great resistance war, leaving a lasting mark in the nation's cultural life.
