Dawaco implements performance-based salary system

DNVN - Danang Water Supply Joint Stock Company (Dawaco) announced on September 9 that it signed with BrainMark Vietnam to implement the project "Building a performance evaluation system (KPI - BSC)".

According to Dawaco General Director Ho Minh Nam, this is an important event, opening a new phase in the process of human resource management innovation, affirming the strategic vision and strong commitment of the company's Board of Directors in creating a professional, transparent and effective working environment.

Dawaco General Director Ho Minh Nam signed the project implementation agreement "Building a performance evaluation system (KPI - BSC)" with representatives of BrainMark Vietnam.

“This system helps each officer and employee maximize their capacity, creativity and sense of responsibility; at the same time, it is a modern management tool for businesses to measure, evaluate and allocate human resources scientifically , contributing to improving labor productivity, increasing competitiveness and sustainable development,” Mr. Ho Minh Nam emphasized.

Mr. Nam said that Dawaco is a pioneer in the Vietnamese water supply industry to apply the KPI - BSC assessment system through cooperation with BrainMark Vietnam (a member of BrainGroup, specializing in consulting and training businesses on management system development, BSC-KPI, human resources, business, marketing, branding...).

The cooperation with BrainMark Vietnam not only helps Dawaco access an advanced management tool but also lays the foundation for a comprehensive innovation of the human resource management system, towards a modern and fair salary mechanism. This is also a breakthrough solution to link employee benefits with work efficiency.

Immediately after signing, BrainMark experts introduced the working program and plan to implement the KPI – BSC system to Dawaco’s leadership and middle management team. The content focused on practical issues such as: defining clear goals for each position; linking individual performance indicators with the overall strategy of the enterprise; building a transparent salary mechanism based on actual results.

“This project marks an important first step in Dawaco’s journey of governance innovation. Through the implementation of KPI – BSC, we expect to build a transparent and effective working culture, contributing to improving the quality of water supply services and consolidating our position as a leading enterprise in the field of clean water supply in the Central region,” Mr. Ho Minh Nam emphasized.
