As a result, in the past 3 years, the movement of good farmers and businessmen has developed in terms of scale, quality and efficiency, attracting thousands of members to participate. Up to now, the whole ward has 1,045 households achieving the title of good farmers and businessmen at all levels. The movement has spread to all fields, many households are brave, investing in modern equipment for large-scale production, attracting dozens of workers, with revenue of billions of dong each year. Good farmers and businessmen not only enrich their families but also help poor farmers and households in difficult circumstances with materials, capital and jobs to escape poverty. I also regularly help members with livestock breeds to produce and improve their lives,” said the owner of the Hien The livestock farm, Hoang Van The.
According to Chairman of Dong Hoi Ward Farmers' Association Nguyen Khanh, typical good farmers in production and business not only enrich their families and society but also actively contribute funds to local social security activities.

Encourage members to participate in collective economic models
Implementing the Party and State's policy on collective economic development in agriculture and rural areas, the Dong Hoi Ward Farmers' Association has focused on guiding and mobilizing farmers' members to participate in establishing cooperatives and cooperative groups; expanding the scale and forms of joint ventures and economic linkages between cooperatives and cooperatives.
In the past 5 years, the association has established 2 branches and 2 professional associations; at the same time, through the capital sources managed by the association, the associations at all levels have mobilized farmers to establish and maintain cooperatives and cooperatives to support each other in production and business. Many good business households have established enterprises and cooperatives to expand their scale and increase production efficiency. Typical cooperatives and cooperatives include: Ngoi Xua culinary cooperative, Long Tam seafood processing cooperative (Dong Duong residential group); 2 fine art wood cooperatives (Phu Hai handicraft point); 2 professional branches (Duc Ninh and Phu Hai agricultural service cooperative); 2 professional associations (Duc Ninh, Dong Phu).
With encouraging results, in the coming time, Dong Hoi Ward Farmers' Association will continue to mobilize and encourage farmers to participate in collective economic forms. In the next 5 years, the association strives to establish 1-2 more professional branches, 3-5 professional groups, 1-2 cooperatives. Every year, 50% of farming households register for good production and business, 65% of households register to achieve good production and business at all levels.
Duc Ninh General Livestock Association currently has 20 members participating in livestock and poultry farming; some of which are members with large-scale farm production. Organized production and business means basic advantages, such as: Exchange, share experiences and apply science and technology to production; easy support for "output" products and "input" breeds; coordinate to promptly resolve problems in the production process... Thanks to that, 100% of the association's members have stable income; Some members know how to improve quality and create valuable products that meet OCOP standards, such as member Dang Ngoc Anh with OCOP products of free-range duck eggs... "However, in the face of difficult situations due to objective factors such as epidemics, natural disasters..., cooperatives and groups hope to receive sharing and support from all levels and sectors to promptly encourage and motivate members to restore production, continue to reinvest, and contribute to creating valuable products. Only then can collective economic organizations attract more farmer members to participate", said Nguyen Duy Khanh, Head of the Duc Ninh General Livestock Association.
