The second floor has open space and stairs, waiting room, ticket counter, drinks, technical room, 2 emergency stairs, restroom. The third floor has screening room 1 with 131 seats and projector room, VIP screening room with 44 seats, technical room, 2 emergency stairs, restroom. The fourth floor has screening room 2 with 180 seats, 3 working rooms, technical room, 2 emergency stairs, restroom.

The old cinema at 28 Ho Chi Minh Avenue will be rebuilt.

For the stairs up and down, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the sponsoring unit proposed two design options. These are the rectangular-shaped architectural stairs and the circular-shaped architectural stairs.

In order to have a basis for early construction of Thong Nhat cinema, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests relevant agencies and units according to their functions and tasks to guide the implementation before August 15.
