The lowest temperature in the North is generally 7-10 degrees Celsius, in the mountainous areas of the North 3-6 degrees Celsius, in the high mountains some places below 0 degrees Celsius, in the North Central region it is generally 9-11 degrees Celsius.

In addition, from the afternoon and night of January 22, Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 20-40mm, in some places over 50mm.
