According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, today, September 27, the weather in the North and Thanh Hoa will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with heavy rain in some places. In the Northeast, Phu Tho and Thanh Hoa, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms from night to morning, with very heavy rain in some places.

From Nghe An to Da Nang City and the Central Highlands, showers and thunderstorms, heavy to very heavy rain in some places.

The South and other regions will have showers and thunderstorms in the evening, with heavy rain in some places. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Regarding storm Bualoi, after entering the East Sea today, the storm is still moving west-northwest at about 35km/h, with the possibility of strengthening. This is a very fast moving speed, normally storms in the East Sea only move at a speed of 15-20km/h.

Due to the storm's influence, the northern and central East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone) has strong winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8-9, the area near the storm's eye has strong winds of level 10-13, gusting to level 16. The sea is rough, with waves 6-8m high, especially the area near the storm's eye is 8-10m high.

From Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau and the southern East Sea area (including Truong Sa special zone), southwest wind gradually increases to level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough sea, waves 2-4m high.

From this evening, the sea area from Thanh Hoa to Quang Ngai (including Hon Ngu island, Con Co special zone and Ly Son) will have winds gradually increasing to level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9, rough seas, and waves 3-5m high.
