At the conference, comrade Phan Van Binh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee announced Decision No. 1855, dated February 25, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on transferring comrade Cao Thanh Hai - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee to work at Duy Xuyen District Party Committee, appointing him to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the District Party Committee's Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Duy Xuyen District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term from March 1, 2025.

Next, comrade Phan Van Binh announced Decision No. 1854, dated February 25, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on transferring comrade Tran Hai Van - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dien Ban town to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and appointed him to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board from March 3, 2025, with a term of 5 years.

Announcing Decision No. 1864, dated February 25, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing comrade Nguyen Hong Hai - Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board from March 3, 2025, for a term of 5 years.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet congratulated the comrades who were transferred and appointed. Regarding comrade Cao Thanh Hai, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet emphasized that Duy Xuyen is a district with an important position and role in the delta region, with many achievements in socio -economic development in recent times, especially in new rural construction.

Therefore, to promote the role of a leader, Comrade Cao Thanh Hai needs to be modest, listen, but maintain a decisive spirit in performing tasks; first of all, the leadership and direction work before the Duy Xuyen District Party Congress and deploy the socio-economic development goals for 2025.
