Quang Ninh Provincial National Assembly Delegation meets voters before the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly

The voter contact conference was held directly in Hoanh Bo ward and connected online to the bridge points of the communes and wards: Tuan Chau, Viet Hung, Bai Chay, Hong Gai, Ha Long, Cao Xanh, Ha Tu, Ha Lam, Quang La, Thong Nhat, Cam Pha, Quang Hanh, Cua Ong, Mong Duong and Hai Hoa.

At the conference, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang, on behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province, informed local voters about the main contents expected at the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly; introduced a number of important contents and draft laws directly related to people, businesses, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers that the National Assembly is expected to consider, approve and comment on at the session.

Accordingly, the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly is expected to consider and pass 42 draft laws and 3 important resolutions directly related to people's lives and the country's sustainable development. At the same time, the National Assembly will also discuss reports on socio -economic issues, state budget, monitor the implementation of issued resolutions; and provide information on the results of handling and responding by central ministries and branches to the petitions of Quang Ninh voters sent to the 9th Session.

Talking to voters, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang emphasized: since the beginning of the term, the 15th National Assembly has worked with the Government, central and local agencies to resolve a huge amount of work; issued many important policies, contributing to helping the country overcome difficulties, achieving remarkable achievements in economy, society, national defense, security and foreign affairs.

The upcoming Tenth Session is not only an occasion to summarize the term but also a session with a heavy and diverse workload. Through the contact, the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province hopes to listen to voters contribute many honest, objective and responsible opinions to contribute to improving the quality of decisions of the National Assembly in the coming time.

At the meeting, local voters recommended: The National Assembly should consider soon issuing detailed regulations on support forms and specific support levels in compensation and site clearance work according to the 2024 Land Law and guiding documents on decentralization and delegation of power when implementing the 2-level local government model.

Review, transfer functions, tasks and arrange and assign staff of the Land Registration Office Branch from the provincial level to the People's Committee at the commune level to shorten the process, reduce intermediate levels, and create maximum convenience for people when carrying out land procedures.

There is a mechanism to support salary regime for commune-level officials and civil servants after the merger, ensuring income commensurate with current living standards, especially in difficult areas.

Pay attention to the organization and arrangement of appropriate staff so that the two-level local government can operate effectively. Have a policy to support travel expenses for officials and civil servants after the administrative unit merger.

There are special preferential loan policies for enterprises, cooperatives, and production households in disadvantaged communes and rural areas, especially in the fields of agriculture and fisheries.

Strengthening the supervision and criticism of the people and social organizations. Making recommendations on electricity prices, the issue of handling public assets after mergers. The issue of infrastructure standards and the scale of national standard schools that have not met the requirements of innovation...
