Previously, many private enterprises did not dare to "do their best" because of the great fluctuations in policies. The new resolutions of the Party have eliminated the "defensive, half-hearted" mentality in a part of enterprises . However, the journey to turn policies into reality takes time. Therefore, it requires high unity from policies to specific policies, in implementation from the Central to local levels to completely eliminate the "defensive" mentality as mentioned above.

To achieve the double-digit growth target in the new era, the Party and the State need to create an industry-specific ecosystem. There, they focus on supporting businesses with strong potential to break through to become leading units, reaching continental and world scale. For the agricultural sector with advantages in scale in some industries such as rice, coffee, cashew or seafood... this is completely feasible. In addition, create an environment for private enterprises to link together with the leadership of leading enterprises. At the same time, create a cooperation mechanism between the private sector and the public sector to form a widespread movement of "public and private building the country together" to move the country forward faster.

Over the years, agriculture has always played a role as a pillar of the economy. In the green era, Vietnam's agricultural products must not only be abundant in quantity but also sustainable and environmentally friendly. In the coffee industry, we are cooperating with farmers to promote carbon-neutral production. However, the procedures for certification and credit granting, and the trading market are still slow. These are things that need to be actively promoted as the new era is approaching.

The business community is always ready to overcome difficulties to rise up and contribute to the country's socio-economic activities. I think that all businessmen expect that policies will open new directions, remove bottlenecks such as reducing administrative procedures, shifting the two-level government to a service model instead of a management model and especially not criminalizing economic violations, which will promote businessmen and businesses to be confident and move towards sustainable development. The spirit of the policies has emphasized building a synchronous and smooth institution, eliminating bottlenecks. In recent times, the majority of people, especially the intellectual and business community, are very excited about the "four resolutions" that the Party has oriented. In the business community, the excitement is even higher when everyone wants to "strive" to become stronger, to be able to deeply integrate into the world supply chain and the global market in the new era; especially wanting to participate and contribute more to the community and the country. If the "four resolutions" are like a lighthouse guiding the nation, then what society needs is the "path" to reach the destination of becoming a high-income country. The "path" that the business community expects is how those policies will be institutionalized and detailed by legal documents such as laws, decrees, and circulars to create a fair and equitable ecosystem among economic sectors, and must be simple for small and medium enterprises to easily access.

I believe that the Vietnamese business community has never had such a favorable "launching pad" as it does today. Because the institution is gradually being perfected, business support policies are becoming clearer and more substantial. These are the fundamental factors that help businesses not only survive, but also reach far in the era of digital transformation and global integration. The entrepreneurial spirit is very excited about the changes in policies and guidelines. Especially for the gold industry, the regulations to eliminate the monopoly on gold bars and the import of raw gold have opened up a new business environment, creating momentum for economic development. The long-standing problem for businesses operating in this industry is the source of raw materials for jewelry and fine art activities. In PNJ's business segment, gold jewelry accounts for 90%, the remaining small proportion is gold bars. Therefore, the source of raw materials is a key factor for the development and growth of production and business of the enterprise. The new regulations allow banks and businesses to import raw gold, which solves the problem that has existed for many years. Not only PNJ but also businesses in the industry are happy.

Currently, businesses are waiting for policies and guidelines to come into effect with more specific guidelines. When the business environment is transparent, businesses that invest in technology standards, distribution systems, etc. will have an advantage, thereby competing better in the market. Business plans of businesses in the coming years are expected to be more favorable.

Vietnam and the world are entering a new era. This is an opportunity as important as the Renovation period in the 90s. If we know how to take advantage of the opportunity, Vietnamese enterprises can develop strongly with their own internal strength.

There are two outstanding policies this year that the business community is particularly interested in: Resolution 57 and Resolution 68 of the Politburo. Every word in it is very valuable because it is closely related to the development practice and the breath of life. Therefore, it creates an exciting atmosphere for businessmen because they feel that the country's leaders understand them. For the policy to come into life, it requires many specific policies and takes a lot of time. Therefore, what the business community wants most at this time is how to shorten that time and most importantly, a clear legal corridor for businesses to operate. The Resolution also sets a goal of reducing the time and costs of administrative procedures by at least 30%. We hope to see it come true as soon as possible so that businesses can fully develop their internal strength.
