Comrade Pham Gia Tuc holds the position of Chief of the Party Central Office.

(Chinhphu.vn) - On the afternoon of August 29, in Hanoi, the Party Central Committee Office held an announcement ceremony of the Politburo's Decision to appoint comrade Pham Gia Tuc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee Office, to hold the position of Head of the Party Central Committee Office.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat chaired the announcement conference.

Also attending were Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries, former Chief of the Party Central Committee Office: Head of the Party Central Committee's Organization Commission Le Minh Hung; Head of the Party Central Committee's Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Party Central Committee Secretary; Party Central Committee members: Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Party Central Committee's Organization Commission; Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee's Office; and leaders of relevant agencies.

Comrade Hoang Dang Quang announced the Politburo 's Decision on personnel work. Accordingly, the Politburo decided to appoint Comrade Pham Gia Tuc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee Office, to hold the position of Head of the Party Central Committee Office.

Presenting the Decision and congratulating Comrade Pham Gia Tuc on his new responsibility, on behalf of the Politburo, Comrade Tran Cam Tu emphasized that this is a very important task of the Party, requiring steadfast political will, comprehensive capacity, high sense of responsibility, dedication and exemplary behavior.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu suggested that Comrade Pham Gia Tuc continue to promote his experience, capacity, and strengths, and together with the leadership of the Party Central Office, promote the tradition of solidarity, joint efforts, and unanimity to excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the General Secretary; comrades in the leadership and units of the Party Central Office accompany, share, support, and closely coordinate so that the Chief of Office can excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Comrade Pham Gia Tuc was appointed to the position of Chief of the Party Central Office at a time when the 14th National Congress of the Party is approaching; the amount of work to be completed is enormous, especially for the Party Central Office - the standing agency of the Organization Subcommittee serving the 14th National Congress of the Party. Emphasizing this, Comrade Tran Cam Tu requested the collective leadership of the Party Central Office, the Chief of the Party Central Office to thoroughly grasp the Party's policies and resolutions, the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the General Secretary to the Party Central Office; continue to build and perfect the apparatus, improve the quality of the staff, raise the level of strategic advice, operate effectively, efficiently, and effectively, so that the Office can truly be the intellectual nucleus, the strategic "general staff" of the Party and the Central Committee; Continue to innovate strongly, proactively, creatively, promptly synthesize, propose, advise the Politburo, the Secretariat, and key leaders to comprehensively lead and direct all major aspects of the country's work, promptly resolve sudden and arising issues; strengthen discipline, order, and uphold principles; continue to closely coordinate with relevant agencies to prepare for the successful organization of the 14th National Party Congress.

On behalf of the Politburo, comrade Tran Cam Tu deeply believes that the collective leadership of the Party Central Office and comrade Pham Gia Tuc personally will focus on comprehensively leading and directing all aspects of work, and excellently completing the assigned tasks.

Expressing his honor and deep gratitude for being appointed by the Politburo to a new responsibility, Comrade Pham Gia Tuc emphasized that he took on the task of Chief of the Party Central Office in the context that the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat are focusing on directing many major, strategic, and revolutionary policies to develop the country quickly and sustainably; all levels and sectors are focusing on organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. He is very aware of the role, responsibility, trust, and expectations of the General Secretary and the Standing Member of the Secretariat for the Party Central Office.

Seriously accepting and fully absorbing the guidance, advice and assignment of comrade Tran Cam Tu, comrade Pham Gia Tuc affirmed that he will continue to strive, study, cultivate, practice, and devote all his efforts to contribute to the Party, the State and the people; together with the leadership of the Party Central Office, maintain solidarity and unity, promote the tradition of absolute loyalty, uphold principles, solidarity, creativity, dedication, devotion and dedication to the revolutionary cause of the Party; inherit the achievements, results and experiences that previous generations of leaders of the Party Central Office have built, especially in the past term of comrade Le Minh Hung, comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc and comrade Le Hoai Trung to focus on leading and directing the Party Central Office to fully implement the 21 groups of tasks and powers assigned by the Politburo in Decision No. 259-QD/TW.

Continue to implement the roadmap of "upgrading" and "raising the level" of the Party Central Office, contributing to the good performance of its function as a strategic, important, and confidential advisory body of the Party Central Committee, directly the Politburo, the Secretariat, the General Secretary, and the Standing Member of the Secretariat in leading, directing, and operating all aspects of the country's work, with the focus, importance, and urgency being on implementing the key Resolutions to develop the country; well organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, bringing the country into a new era.

In his new position, comrade Pham Gia Tuc expressed his hope and belief that he will continue to receive the attention, leadership, direction and assistance of Party and State leaders, Politburo members and Secretariat members; the synchronous and close coordination of central and local departments, ministries and branches; especially the continued support and assistance of leaders, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Party Central Office, to successfully fulfill the assigned responsibilities.
