Dong Nai spends more than 40 billion VND to support officials from Binh Phuoc

On September 16, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province officially approved the policy of supplementing more than 40.3 billion VND in funding to support cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers from Binh Phuoc province to work at the Dong Nai Provincial Administrative Center after the process of restructuring the administrative apparatus.

According to document No. 5472/UBND-KTNS, this decision was made after the Provincial People's Committee considered the proposal from the Department of Finance on approving the budget estimate to support policy implementation for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers affected by the administrative organization arrangement between the two provinces.

This funding source is taken from the support budget assigned by the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province according to Decision No. 1252/QD-UBND dated June 19, combined with the source from the central budget according to Resolution No. 76/2025/UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to urgently review and allocate funds on schedule, ensuring timely support payments to units and individuals named in the attached list. At the same time, the Department is also responsible for widely announcing so that units can coordinate to effectively and properly implement the policy.

In particular, agencies and units receiving this support fund must strictly implement the payment according to Article 2 of Resolution No. 03/2025/NQ-HDND, and at the same time be responsible for managing and using the fund for the right purpose, avoiding loss or misuse.

In the context of many localities restructuring their apparatus, paying attention to the lives and policies of cadres is a vital factor to help ensure organizational stability and long-term operational efficiency.
