Dong Nai builds a commercial center worth more than 6,000 billion VND in Cu Lao Pho

On January 10, Viet Phat Group coordinated with Dong Nai province to launch the project of Trade Center and Office for Lease in Hiep Hoa Ward (also known as Cu Lao Pho) with a total capital of more than 6,000 billion VND.

Accordingly, the project of Commercial Center and Office for Lease in Hiep Hoa Ward (Aeon Mall Bien Hoa, Bien Hoa City) is built on an area of ​​nearly 12 hectares, with a total construction floor area of ​​up to 24.5 hectares, with a total investment capital of over 6,000 billion VND.

According to the approved 1/500 scale urban detailed planning project, the project is located on Dang Van Tron street. The land area for the commercial center construction is more than 10 hectares, and the construction area of ​​3 surrounding roads is more than 1.5 hectares.

This is a comprehensive commercial service area, including food and beverage services, children's play area and rental space, halls...

In which, the central area of ​​the project is a commercial center with a maximum height of 8 floors, with modern architecture.

This is one of the largest commercial centers in Dong Nai and the whole country, with a supply chain of high-end products from famous brands and international standard services.

The project is expected to be put into operation from 2027 and can welcome about 10 million visitors and shoppers each year.

Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, assessed this as a key project of the province, expected to be a highlight of landscape architecture and an attractive destination attracting tourists to visit, shop and experience.

At the same time, it gradually contributes to changing the appearance and enhancing the urban space and landscape architecture of Cu Lao Pho.

According to Mr. Duc, the launching ceremony is an important premise for implementing the next steps of the project, with the determination to start construction in the first quarter of 2025.
