On HoSE, RAL shares of Rang Dong Light Bulb and Vacuum Flask JSC have the highest EPS on the floor with 25,111 VND in 2024, ranking 7th in the whole market. RAL price is also in the top market price on the stock exchange with 119,500 VND/share at the end of the session on February 7.

In 2024, Rang Dong Light Bulb and Vacuum Flask reported a record high after-tax profit for parent company shareholders, reaching VND 591 billion, an increase of VND 7 billion compared to 2023 and the 5th consecutive year of positive profit growth.

In the period 2015-2019, Rang Dong carried out a major product restructuring from traditional discharge lighting technology (fluorescent lamps, compact fluorescent lamps) to solid lighting technology (LED). This is a key factor helping the company continuously increase revenue and profit from new products. Up to now, Rang Dong has expanded its growth space from the platform and ecosystem business model in addition to the traditional model with 24,000 points of sale covering all provinces and cities.

In addition, Rang Dong is given a plus point by investors in terms of tax benefits. Specifically, on November 7, 2022, the Company was granted a Certificate of Science and Technology Enterprise by the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology, accordingly, Rang Dong is entitled to corporate income tax incentives from January 1, 2023. This immediately affects RAL's profit results in the first quarter of 2023, increasing by 42% thanks to a 71.3% reduction in tax expenses. According to Circular 03/2021/TT-BTC dated January 11, 2021 of the Ministry of Finance , the income of science and technology enterprises from production activities is exempt from tax for 4 years and the tax payable is reduced by 50% in the next 9 years, which is a great support for Rang Dong when developing new markets.

In addition, Rang Dong is highly appreciated for the potential value of its assets, which are land plots in beautiful locations in Da Nang , Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, the Central Highlands, etc.

In particular, Rang Dong is also known as a company that pays dividends "as evenly as a clockwork" with a huge rate of up to 50% per year. Most recently, in August 2024, the company paid the first dividend of 2024 to shareholders at a rate of 25%, equivalent to shareholders owning each share will receive 2,500 VND.

On the stock market, RAL shares are trading at 119,500 VND, up slightly by 2.4% in the last month, with liquidity of less than 5,000 units/session. Currently, Rang Dong has about 23.5 million shares in circulation, with a concentrated shareholder structure when 40.52% of capital is held by the company's union, nearly 20.4% of shares belong to Mr. Le Dinh Hung's sisters, members of the Board of Supervisors.
