On May 31, on the occasion of International Children's Day, the Ministry of Health organized the launching ceremony of the Month of Action for Children in Phu Tho with the message "Prioritizing resources to complete goals for children". The ceremony was attended by more than 300 children, aiming to promote the movement of the whole people to care for, educate and protect children. During the program, Vinamilk and the Vietnam Grow Up Milk Fund donated 41,000 milk boxes, equivalent to 300 million VND, to help improve nutrition and health for disadvantaged children in the province.

Mr. Tran Dang Khoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Mothers and Children, Ministry of Health said: "We all know that nutrition plays an important role in children's development. During the period from 0 to 8 years old, nutrition plays a particularly important role in physical, mental and motor development, helping children have good stature, physical strength and intelligence later on. Therefore, we highly appreciate nutrition programs for children".

More than just gifts, the joy of childhood is being able to express one's talents, speak one's thoughts and dreams, and receive encouragement, care, and love from the community.

Business representatives also visited and encouraged children in special circumstances who are being cared for and studying at SOS Children's Village Ben Tre. Mr. Do Thanh Tuan - Director of External Relations of Vinamilk shared: "The Month of Action for Children is an opportunity for us to review the responsibility and role of the whole society in caring for future generations. Not only have programs related to children been persistently implemented for nearly 2 decades such as School Milk or Vietnam Grow Tall Milk Fund, Vinamilk has always been a pioneer in movements and activities of nutritional health care for children nationwide. Typical examples include actively accompanying young talents in international playgrounds such as Robotacon; nearly 30 years of joining hands to support surgery for children with congenital heart and eye diseases; regularly organizing many nutritional check-ups for children...

Recently, Vinamilk also accompanied thousands of children at the Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and the 10th National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress. Vinamilk will continue to carry out activities with children in June, opening an exciting summer for tens of millions of students nationwide.
