At nearly 10 o'clock, Pham Van Dong Street was covered in fog.

According to IQAir, the air quality index (AQI) in Hanoi today (May 23) is 141 - reaching an unhealthy level, recommending people not to go out or wear masks when going out.

In the distance, tall buildings were almost "swallowed" by the fog.
