Items such as chicken, sticky rice, flowers... are very popular on this day. The price of boiled chicken here ranges from 500,000 to 700,000 VND/chicken, roasted bird from 150,000 to 300,000 VND/chicken.

Ms. Hoang Phuong Lan (a merchant at No. 12 Gia Ngu Street) said: "The prices of items for the Full Moon Festival offerings this year are basically stable, only some flower and fruit items have increased slightly. Purchasing power on this day also increased slightly compared to normal days."

At Gia Lam market (Bo De ward), the atmosphere of shopping for offerings for the Full Moon Festival is also very bustling. Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan (a merchant) said: "These days, due to the high import prices, the prices of the flowers we sell have increased by 5 to 10 thousand VND/bunch, depending on the type and quality of the flower. The number of customers buying flowers has increased 2 to 3 times compared to normal days."
