The world oil market is stable.
According to Oilprice at 4:30 a.m. on October 4 (Vietnam time), Brent oil price reached 64.75 USD/barrel, up 0.65 USD (1.01%). WTI oil stood at 61.14 USD/barrel, up 0.53 USD (0.88%).

Despite a slight increase, Brent crude oil prices still fell 8.2% and WTI lost 7.6% for the week. The main reason comes from the possibility that OPEC+ will increase November production by 274,000 to 411,000 barrels/day, 2-3 times the increase in October, in the context of Saudi Arabia's desire to expand market share.
Experts say the increase in supply combined with seasonal demand declines and global refining capacity cuts due to maintenance will put the market under great pressure in the fourth quarter.
