The 2024 “Flame” Journalism Award honors 36 outstanding works

On August 16, in Hanoi , the Editorial Board of Communist Magazine organized the 7th Annual Press Awards Ceremony called "Flame" - 2024.

Comrade Le Hai Binh - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine said that from more than 1,500 articles by collaborators and editors of Communist Magazine, through 3 rounds, selection at the committee level, preliminary round to final round, the organizing committee selected 36 excellent works and groups of works to award prizes, including 4 A prizes, 6 B prizes, 10 C prizes and 16 Encouragement prizes.

The works considered for the award are typical products that best meet the award's selection criteria, with propaganda content focusing on issues such as: Research results on new and difficult political theory issues; clarifying scientific arguments for the implementation of important contents in Party documents; providing scientific arguments to contribute to the drafting of Party documents; practically serving the cause of innovation, the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; truthfully reflecting the political , economic, cultural, social, defense, security, and foreign affairs life of the country, the implementation of documents of Party congresses and Central Conferences, and State policies and laws.

Reflecting innovation achievements, summarizing practical experiences, contributing to propaganda and introducing advanced models, typical examples, new factors, thereby drawing out additional, deeper theoretical issues.

Strengthening Party building and rectification associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Fight against erroneous arguments, protect the Party's ideological foundation, protect Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.
