VTV Ferroli Cup 2024 International Women's Volleyball Tournament has 'huge' bonuses, many good opponents

Today (August 15) in Hanoi , the announcement ceremony of the VTV Cup 2024 international women's volleyball tournament took place. Accordingly, the tournament has the participation of 8 teams including: Henan (China), Aranmare (Japan), Kuanysh (Kazakhstan), Expressway (Korea), Paint Masters (Philippines), Korabelka (Russia), King Whale Taipei (Taiwan) and the host team Vietnam.

The Vietnamese women's volleyball team is in group A with Kuanysh, Expressway, Paint Masters while group B includes Henan, Aranmare, Korabelka, King Whale Taipei.

With being placed in a group considered "lightweight", coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team have many opportunities to advance. The bigger challenge for the Vietnamese team in the next rounds is facing opponents from China, Japan, and Russia. The goal set by the coaching staff of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team is to successfully defend the championship title. Without Tran Thi Thanh Thuy because she is busy competing in Turkey, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team with a squad of talented players who have competed in many international tournaments such as Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh, Nguyen Thi Trinh, Le Thanh Thuy, Tran Tu Linh, Nguyen Khanh Dang, and Doan Thi Lam Oanh promises to continue their success.

VTV Cup 2024 International Women's Volleyball Tournament has an attractive prize structure

One of the attractions of the VTV 2024 International Women's Volleyball Tournament is the attractive prize structure with a total prize value of nearly 32,000 USD (about 800 million VND), including 6 collective prizes and 9 individual prizes. In which, the prize for the champion team is 12,000 USD, second place is 7,000 USD and third place is 5,000 USD.
