GTA 6 has a new leak

Honestly, at this point, it wouldn’t be surprising if all Grand Theft Auto (GTA) fans are immersed in the seemingly never-ending rumors surrounding Rockstar Games’ GTA 6. However, while Rockstar Games hasn’t provided any significant updates on the development of GTA 6, the rumors just keep on spreading.

Rockstar Games first announced that GTA 6 was in development back in February 2022 after a series of unintended leaks about the game. However, fans believe that GTA 6 has been in development for much longer than that. In fact, GTA 6 may have been in development for as long as 10 years before that (2022) and the project has been restarted several times for various reasons.

Yesterday, a series of rumors were leaked from insiders regarding character customization in GTA 6. These rumors seem to be true when it comes to GTA: San Andrea. In 2004's GTA: San Andreas, players could not only customize the hair and clothes of protagonist Carl Johnson, but his body shape would also change depending on his exercise and food intake.

A Reddit user named "vaspinbreak1" shared in a post that he has been following and learning a lot about GTA 6 and discovered a patent with a list of details about GTA 6. In that list, it claims that character customization in GTA 6 will be similar to the aforementioned GTA: San Andreas with players being able to change the tan, hair, and even body type of Jason and Lucia (the rumored protagonist of GTA 6), from skinny to muscular like a bodybuilder.

Obviously, these rumors have not been confirmed by Rockstar Games, but considering some of these features have been around since 2004, it wouldn't be surprising if they make an appearance in GTA 6.

At this point, there is no GTA 6 release date yet, but it is expected to launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S sometime between 2024 and 2025.
