Hanoi Department of Education and Training said that according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from the night of October 5 to October 7, there will be heavy rain in the mountainous and midland areas of the North, and in some places very heavy rain.

To ensure the safety of students and teachers, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training has requested that all units give students a day off on October 6 (Monday) and switch from in-person teaching to online teaching. At the same time, continue to monitor the weather situation in the following days to promptly and flexibly handle situations in teaching and learning.

The Department also requires units to regularly update information and promptly report difficulties and problems to the Department (through the Department of Politics , Ideology and Student Affairs) for handling according to regulations.
