Hai Duong inspects administrative reform work at 8 departments and 6 localities

From October 18 to 24, two administrative reform inspection teams of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province inspected administrative reform work at eight departments and six localities.

The eight inspected departments include: Finance, Planning and Investment, Education and Training, Agriculture and Rural Development, Construction, Provincial Inspectorate, Science and Technology, Information and Communications.

6 localities inspected include: Kinh Mon town, Binh Giang, Thanh Ha, Gia Loc, Thanh Mien and Ninh Giang districts.

Thanh Mien and Ninh Giang districts are the first two localities to be inspected.

Administrative reform inspection team No. 1 of the Provincial People's Committee inspected administrative reform work in Chi Lang Bac commune (Thanh Mien).

This is an annual inspection by the Provincial People's Committee to evaluate the results achieved; discover good and creative ways in administrative reform to have solutions to replicate in the province.

At the same time, promptly detect limitations, difficulties, obstacles or violations in the process of implementing administrative reform tasks at departments, branches, sectors and localities to overcome. Through inspection, information is also collected to serve the assessment and determination of the 2024 Administrative Reform Index of agencies and units.

This year, along with the agencies and units inspected according to plan, based on the actual situation, the inspection team will conduct surprise inspections of a number of other agencies and units.

In 2023, Thanh Mien district ranked 12th out of 12 districts, towns and cities; Ninh Giang district ranked 6th out of 12 districts, towns and cities in terms of District-level Administrative Reform Index.
