Vietnam Airlines shows great aspirations at the Socio-Economic Achievements Exhibition

On August 27, the Ministry of Construction announced that at the Socio-Economic Achievements Exhibition to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2, the achievements of the industry will be displayed in two sub-areas: "Development Creation" and "Aspiration for the Sky". The highlight will be the realistic models of four aircraft, including one that was once used as a private jet for President Ho Chi Minh.

The "Development Creation" subdivision has the theme "Creation - Connection - Growth" with an area of ^​​480m2 , using the symbol of a cable-stayed bridge to illustrate the bridges: Rach Mieu, My Thuan, Bai Chay, Nhat Tan..., demonstrating the level and capacity of the staff, engineers and workers of the Vietnamese construction industry.

This area will be arranged into 6 separate spaces, introducing typical and outstanding achievements of the industry in fields such as: civil construction, industry, infrastructure development, transportation, planning, architecture, urban development, housing, construction materials... The exhibition space is designed to be open, combining physical models and digital technology , virtual reality, bringing a multi-layered experience, increasing interaction for viewers.

The second exhibition area with the theme “Aspiration for the Sky” has an area of ​​about ^10,000m2 . Of which, the platform area of ​​about ^5,000m2 introduces and displays the achievements of the Vietnamese civil aviation industry over the past 80 years. There are 10 aviation enterprises participating in the exhibition, showing the image of the service chain at an airport (from check-in, security control, aircraft gates and public service spaces at the terminal...).

Businesses will display models and modern equipment of the aviation industry combined with experiential products for tourists such as simulated cockpits, simulated air traffic control towers, 3D scanner experience technology Avatar Booth, allowing participants to change costumes, choose backgrounds and print souvenir photos on the spot; reception robots (AI human resources) with physical forms supporting direct conversation in many languages...

The outdoor area will display 4 realistic aircraft models, representing each stage of development of Vietnam's aviation industry, including: 1 IL-14 aircraft once used as a private plane for President Ho Chi Minh; 1 Airbus A320 aircraft demonstrating the ability to master technology, operate and maintain new generation modern aircraft; 1 TP-150 light aircraft designed and manufactured by a Vietnamese enterprise; 1 helicopter of the 18th Army Corps serving defense missions and socio-economic activities, search and rescue...
