Integrate 3 numbers 113, 114, 115 into emergency calls

On October 3, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Public Security held a workshop to contribute ideas to the draft Project "Integrating the numbers 113, 114, 115 and organizing the emergency communication system into a National Emergency Information Reception and Processing Center" (Project 1) and the Project "Preventing and reducing fires causing serious damage to people and property and improving the effectiveness of rescue work" (Project 2).

At the workshop, Lieutenant General Nguyen Tuan Anh, Director of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, informed about 2 projects. In which, project 1 determined that the center would be located at the Ministry of Public Security to receive information nationwide, using a common phone number to receive information, answer questions related to fire prevention and rescue work; mobilize forces and means to organize fire fighting and rescue; mobilize forces and means to organize emergency aid abroad...

To operate, the Ministry of Public Security will build software to connect with the police of provinces and cities and the current provincial 115 emergency centers. Project 2 will deploy professional measures on fire prevention and rescue to reduce the number of fires by 5% annually; 100% of preschools, general education institutions, vocational education institutions, and universities will integrate and incorporate knowledge and laws on fire prevention and rescue into the curriculum and ensure implementation conditions appropriate to each level and field of study.
