Instead of having to search for records in a series of paper archives, now with just a few operations on the system, doctors can immediately access patient information. Doctor CKI. Nguyen Thi Diem, Deputy Head of the Department of Emergency Intensive Care, Anti-Poisoning and Neonatal Pathology, said that this not only saves time, reduces errors, but also increases patient satisfaction.

“Electronic medical records bring many advantages to doctors in their work as well as improve the quality of medical examination and treatment. For doctors, records stored in a digital environment will help save effort, improve information accuracy, minimize errors and easily check drug interactions. At the same time, it reduces printing costs, optimizes workflow, and helps hospitals operate more effectively,” Dr. Diem shared.

Bringing his child to the Quang Nam Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital for treatment, Mr. Huynh Phong, resident of Thang An commune, Da Nang city, said: "The hospital has converted to digital in the medical examination and treatment process, I see that it saves a lot of time for patients. In particular, patients also use digital signatures instead of paper signatures and cashless payments are very convenient and fast."
