Support the poor to have more conditions to rise up

From the mobilized funds, the district has built 45 charity houses, repaired and repaired 89 houses to support poor families; awarded nearly 1,500 scholarships, over 100 means of transportation to school for students; donated 40 means of livelihood, awarded nearly 900 health insurance cards and over 27,000 gifts to support the poor... the total cost of care is nearly 29 billion VND.

Implementing the peak month "For the poor", and responding to the emulation movement "For the poor - leaving no one behind", District 4 has carried out many meaningful activities to support people in difficult circumstances. Statistics from 2019 to present, this activity has supported the poor with a total budget of over 7.6 billion VND.

In addition to material support, the Ward Front in District 4 also coordinated with many agencies to organize free vocational training classes for poor workers. Thereby, 51 people were supported to complete the training course, most of whom had stable jobs, contributing to helping households have more conditions to escape poverty and improve their lives.
