On the afternoon of October 3, the Central Council for Coordinating Law Dissemination and Education held an online meeting to evaluate the results of the first 8 months of the year and set out tasks for the last 4 months of 2025 after the merger.

In the first 8 months of 2025, the direction of the Coordination Council for Dissemination and Education of Law (PBGDPL) and the Inter-sectoral Coordination Council for Legal Aid (TGPL) in litigation activities at the central level continued to be focused on. According to the functions and key tasks of the Council in 2025, the Councils at all levels organized and promptly implemented tasks, with many diverse and regular forms.

Many key tasks were effectively implemented by the Central Council, especially the replication of the PBGDPL model, the application of IT and digital transformation. The Ministry of Justice promoted its focal role, enhanced coordination between agencies and localities, contributing to raising legal awareness, serving socio-economic development, national defense and security.

In the last 4 months of 2025, the Central Council for Legal Dissemination set out 10 key tasks, promoting the collective role and each member's role in directing and coordinating the implementation of legal dissemination, legal aid and legal support for businesses, business households and individual businesses. Activities are aimed at the grassroots, serving people and businesses, contributing to raising awareness of respect for the Constitution and laws and building a culture of compliance throughout society.

At the conference, representatives of leaders of ministries, branches and localities raised many opinions related to the payment of remuneration to members of the Coordinating Council for Dissemination and Education of Law... Along with that, delegates also expressed opinions on organizing propaganda of the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for foreigners living and working in Vietnam. Delegates also expressed opinions on opening columns to disseminate laws on digital platforms and social networks to make it easier for people to learn about and access legal policies.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Le Thanh Long, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, assessed: The work of communicating legal policies has been put into practice, with a huge volume of legal documents being amended and supplemented in a short time. The work of decentralization, delegation of authority and consolidation of legal aid groups has been better implemented. Legal aid organizations nationwide have carried out 16,630 legal aid cases (an increase of 21% over the same period). The number of legal aid cases successfully participating in litigation is: 3,787 cases.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested that in the coming time, the Ministry of Justice coordinate with relevant agencies and media agencies to determine a financial mechanism to build a "policy focus" column to promote policy communication and draft documents in a time frame that attracts audiences and listeners. The Ministry of Justice coordinates with relevant ministries and branches to develop a Plan to organize activities in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam of the Ministry of Justice in 2025, with the theme of "respecting the Constitution and the law, building a culture of law compliance to bring the country into a new era".

The Ministry of Education and Training needs to strengthen the inclusion of legal education content in educational institutions, vocational training institutions and the implementation of the task of including appropriate content on the Constitution and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the training and fostering programs of the national education system. Vietnam News Agency coordinates with the Ministry of Justice, ministries and central agencies to translate into English or other foreign languages ​​legal documents and legal information directly related to the life, work and business of foreigners and foreign enterprises in Vietnam to build an English version of the National Law Portal.

The Deputy Prime Minister also requested the members of the central and local councils to promote their core roles in their agencies and units in disseminating and popularizing legal regulations to cadres, civil servants and public employees. The Deputy Prime Minister also requested ministries, branches and localities to base on key tasks to organize and effectively implement the dissemination and education of the law so that people and businesses can clearly understand and comply with current legal regulations.
