The Provincial Women's Union met to honor 59 outstanding female party members.

On October 18, the Provincial Women's Union (PPU) held a meeting to honor outstanding female party members and celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025).

Attending the meeting were comrades: Le Hai Yen, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Ha Nhat Le, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Be Minh Duc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Doan Thi Le An, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union; representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches, units, armed forces; Women's Unions of communes and wards and outstanding female party members, female party members with many years of Party membership in the province.

At the meeting, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of Vietnamese women through the ages. At each stage of the country's development, Vietnamese women have left their mark with typical movements, typically: "Three responsibilities", "Five good women", "Good at public affairs, good at housework"...

Over the past 95 years, Cao Bang women have always affirmed their role and made worthy contributions to the development of their homeland and country. Promoting the fine traditions of Vietnamese women with courage, sacrifice, intelligence, self-reliance, diligence and creativity in fighting and building and defending the Fatherland to the current period of innovation. The Women's Union at all levels is maintaining 995 models of learning and following Uncle Ho in many diverse forms, such as: raising plastic pigs, charity rice jars, saving on spending, saving electricity, water...; 199 models of women's associations "5 no, 3 clean"; The program "Accompanying women in the border areas" has mobilized more than 5 billion VND to give gifts, build charity houses, and support livelihoods for women and children in border areas. The “Godmother” program supports the care of 127 orphans with a total budget of over 1.33 billion VND, helping them have a solid spiritual support to continue studying and growing up.

From 2021 to now, the Union at all levels has introduced 2,842 members to the Party, of which 1,413 members have been admitted. The whole province currently has 27,199 female Party members, of which 19,751 are women members, accounting for 72.62%. The work of discovering and praising typical examples has been promoted, with 6,518 exemplary members and women's union groups being commended, creating a strong influence throughout the Union system.

At the meeting, delegates presented many in-depth discussions, focusing on the following contents: Promoting the role of women in Party and government building; raising the sense of responsibility in implementing the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle...

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Ha Nhat Le, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and praised the achievements and contributions of the Association, generations of Association officials and women in the whole province to the development of the country and the homeland. In particular, 59 outstanding female party members and female party members with many years of party membership were honored at the meeting as outstanding faces with political courage, pure moral qualities, and steadfast, silent dedication in all areas of social life. He requested that outstanding female party members continue to promote their pioneering, exemplary, united, and member-gathering roles, spreading the spirit of dedication and enthusiasm to the younger generation, contributing to building a strong provincial Party Committee.

Promoting the glorious tradition, the Provincial Women's Union at all levels continues to unite and make joint efforts to successfully implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Focus on promoting digital transformation in the organization and operation of the Union, accompanying women to improve digital capacity, eliminate illiteracy, start businesses, develop the economy,   Applying science and technology in production and business. Caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women and children. Strengthening the grassroots organization of the Association to be strong and comprehensive from the grassroots.

Outstanding female party members and female party members with many years of service in the Party who have made many contributions to Party building and the women's movement were commended and awarded Certificates of Merit at the meeting.

On this occasion, authorized by the Central Committee of the Union, the Provincial Women's Union awarded the "For the Development of Vietnamese Women" Medal to 3 leaders of departments, branches and sectors; awarded Certificates of Merit to 59 outstanding female party members and female party members with many years of Party membership who have made many contributions to Party building and the women's movement in the locality.
