Attending the conference were officials in charge of the project from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society ; leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society; representatives of the Vietnam Soy Milk Education Promotion Fund; representatives of the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial Center for Disease Control; leaders of the People's Committees of communes and schools benefiting from the program.

At the conference, leaders of the People's Committee, the Department of Culture - Society in charge of the fields of Health and Education; representatives of the Board of Directors and officers in charge of 7 schools implementing the "School Soymilk" Program, school year 2025-2026 of 4 communes: Muong Kim, Muong Than, Khong Lao, Dao San were provided with knowledge about quality management processes and instructions on milk preservation, distribution, and delivery; implementation of the "School Soymilk" program for the school year 2025-2026; knowledge about nutrition and food safety and hygiene.
Representatives of the Vietnam Soy Milk Promotion Fund provide information on quality management processes and instructions for milk preservation, distribution, and delivery.
Through the conference, the management capacity of commune and school officials will be improved to effectively implement the "School Soy Milk" Program for the 2025-2026 school year. Thereby, contributing to improving nutrition for students in disadvantaged schools in Lai Chau province.
Representatives of the Central Vietnam Red Cross Society project, the Provincial Red Cross Society, and the Vietnam Soy Milk Education Promotion Fund awarded scholarships to students.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Soy Milk Scholarship Fund and Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company awarded 10 scholarships (VND 2 million/scholarship) to 10 students from 7 schools who benefited from the "School Soy Milk" Program for the 2025-2026 school year.
