Attending the training session were nearly 40 members, journalists, reporters from the Associations, Journalists' Associations under the Thai Nguyen Provincial Journalists Association; Central Press Representative Offices located in the province; reporters from the Centers for Culture, Sports and Communication of districts and cities; Lecturers and students of the Faculty of Journalism, University of Science (Thai Nguyen University).
Journalist Nguyen Bao Lam, Executive Committee member of Vietnam Journalists Association , Chairman of Provincial Journalists Association delivered the opening speech of the training course.
The lecturers imparting knowledge are Associate Professor - Doctor Do Thi Thu Hang, Head of the Professional Department of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Master Journalist Nguyen Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Department of Digital Content Production and Development, Vietnam Television.
During the 2 days of the training course, the trainees were informed by two lecturers about the criteria for evaluating high-quality journalistic works. The process of creating content and organizing the production of high-quality journalistic products in the categories of print, radio, television and electronic newspapers.
Introduce students to skills in detecting, selecting topics, exploiting and processing information; how to organize information for long-term articles; experience and effective methods to create good journalistic works.
Associate Professor - Doctor Do Thi Thu Hang, Head of the Professional Department of the Vietnam Journalists Association and Master Journalist Nguyen Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Department of Digital Content Production and Development, Vietnam Television are imparting content and knowledge to the students.
In addition, the lecturer also spent a lot of time with the students analyzing the press works that won the National Press Awards; the press works of the provincial press agencies participating in the Provincial Press Awards, the National Press Awards and the awards organized by the central ministries and branches. Training is one of the important tasks that the Thai Nguyen Provincial Journalists Association always pays attention to and organizes regularly to improve the professional skills of its members.
