Training on Party development work for students

The program took place in both in-person and online formats, connecting more than 700 points from Departments of Education and Training, educational institutions, and a large number of teachers and administrators.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Hoang Duc Minh, Director of the Department of Students ( Ministry of Education and Training ) affirmed that developing party members among students is an important task to increase the quantity and quality of cadres and party members, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.

This work also helps educate the young generation about revolutionary ideals, moral qualities, and cultural lifestyle, in accordance with the Party's requirements and current social trends.

According to Mr. Hoang Duc Minh, the Ministry of Education and Training has compiled guidelines for organizing Party development work for students, and at the same time implemented training and development to improve the capacity of managers, teachers and staff in charge of this work at educational institutions nationwide.

During the training program, lecturers from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics discussed common issues in creating sources for Party development for students, and at the same time provided guidance on recruiting and managing Party members who are students at educational institutions.
