In the period of 2021-2025, the women's work and emulation movement of the women of Regiment 726 achieved many comprehensive results; affirming the core role of the Women's Union in participating in building a strong and clean Party organization, a strong and comprehensive agency and unit; contributing to caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of women, and building happy families.

The Women's Union of the Regiment has always been proactive in implementing and completing well the tasks and targets set out in the resolution; there have been many contents completed well and excellently. The Women's Union has been strong and excellent for 5 consecutive years, and has been awarded the Emulation Flag by the Head of the General Department of Politics and a Certificate of Merit by the Head of the Corps Command.

Speaking at the congress, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Trang, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Regiment 726, requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Regiment 726 should continue to carry out the emulation movement "Women in the Army with intelligence and courage, completing tasks well, building happy families, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period, building women in the Army with "Intelligence, courage, discipline, and humanity".
