Workshop on improving the quality of patriotic emulation movements among workers

On July 10, Emulation Cluster No. 3 of the Provincial Federation of Labor organized a workshop on "Solutions to improve the quality of patriotic emulation movements among workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLĐ), period 2024-2028.

Emulation cluster No. 3 of the Provincial Federation of Labor includes 6 units. In the period of 2021-2023, trade unions at all levels have deployed many patriotic emulation movements among workers, contributing significantly to promoting socio-economic development and maintaining security and politics .

In the movement "Good workers - creative workers", the whole cluster has 9,291 technical innovation initiatives and experience initiatives recognized, with a total value of over 50 billion VND.

The movements: "Green - clean - beautiful to ensure occupational safety and hygiene"; "Good at public work, good at housework" were specifically deployed by units in the cluster to each unit, bringing positive results.

Comrade Bui Tuan Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Thanh Hoa province spoke at the workshop.

Implementing the program "75 thousand initiatives to overcome difficulties and develop" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the whole cluster has 1,627 initiatives, hundreds of typical initiatives applied at the unit with a total value of over 20 billion VND. The program "1 million initiatives - creative efforts to overcome difficulties, determined to win the COVID-19 pandemic" was also effectively implemented.

Implementing the emulation movement "Workers join hands to realize the aspiration to build a civilized and prosperous Thanh Hoa homeland" in the period of 2021-2030 launched by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, the affiliated grassroots trade unions have concretized it in accordance with the conditions of each unit.

After 3 years of implementation, the movement has become routine. Currently, the whole cluster has 32 emulation models. Many units have linked the movement with the specific tasks of agencies and enterprises, building specific movements for each stage, such as the movements: "CNCVLĐ Trade Union of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Thanh Hoa province implement good industrial style together to build a professional working environment at the unit"; "Teach well - learn well"; "Innovation in teaching and learning" associated with the emulation movement" Cadres, teachers, and workers in the education sector join hands to realize the aspiration of building a civilized and prosperous Thanh Hoa homeland, period 2021-2030"...

At the workshop, delegates discussed and evaluated the results achieved, shared experiences in implementing the models; at the same time, pointed out the shortcomings and limitations and proposed solutions to improve the quality of patriotic emulation movements among workers and employees in the period 2024 - 2028.

Accordingly, delegates suggested focusing on directing timely resolution of limitations and difficulties of each movement in each unit, thereby building typical models in emulation movements; selecting typical models to replicate in other units, creating a spread in emulation movements.

In addition, regularly exchange with other emulation clusters under the Provincial Federation of Labor to come up with more practical and effective guidance methods for each patriotic emulation movement. Continuously research and learn good models and effective methods from other units to build and direct the implementation of patriotic emulation movements at the unit...
