The Regional Programme will be implemented in communes in the area from October 2022 to September 2027, with the aim of improving sustainable child welfare, especially vulnerable children. The programme focuses on protecting children from all forms of abuse and violence, while creating opportunities for them – both boys and girls – to participate in decision-making processes. In addition, the programme also contributes to improving the livelihoods of households, helping them have a sustainable source of income to better meet the welfare needs of children.

World Vision Vietnam (WVI) was established in 1988. WVI's field of activity is quite broad, focusing on food security, agricultural development, education, health, child protection, disaster prevention, climate change, microfinance and sustainable livelihood development.
