From initial concerns about the large workload and the risk of delays in processing documents, after nearly 2 months of operating the new model, up to now, the administrative procedures serving people and businesses in the commune have been carried out smoothly and effectively. Many procedures, especially in the field of land, which were previously under the authority of the district level, are now decentralized to the commune level and have been handled quickly.

Although there is a lack of specialized cadres in some fields such as land administration - construction, finance - accounting and serving machinery and equipment, with a high sense of responsibility, cadres and civil servants of the commune have strived to overcome difficulties to successfully complete assigned tasks."

According to the report of Hoi Xuan Commune Public Administration Service Center, after nearly 2 months of operation, the center has received 423 files and digitized 423 files.
