(CT) - According to the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Can Tho City, the entire city has 13,366 victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin.

Ms. Vo Thi Thanh Nga, President of the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Can Tho City, presented gifts to support victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in difficult circumstances.

Victim care has always been of interest to all levels, sectors and the social community, with many timely and practical support activities. In the third quarter of 2025, the Association mobilized nearly 3 billion VND, gave gifts and directly supported more than 2,150 victims, with a total value of over 1,250 billion VND, including: 1,602 gifts, 111 red address subsidies for victims in difficult circumstances, built 2 new houses, supported production and business capital for 12 victims, examined and provided health consultation for 430 victims.
