Accordingly, the Department advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Decision to establish the Organizing Committee, a Plan to participate in the Exhibition; an official dispatch requesting financial support for participation in the exhibition, sending ideas and 3D design mockups to participate in the exhibition to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism . Coordinate with agencies and units to develop a draft exhibition plan (ideas, explanations and 3D exhibition mockups). Direct professional units to proactively contact the Management Board of the National Exhibition Center (VEC) to unify the information content on preparing to sign a service provision contract for the exhibition space of Lai Chau province.
In the coming time, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will accelerate the progress of work to ensure the basic completion of tasks before August 15, 2025 as required by the Deputy Prime Minister. Review the exhibition content, focus on adjusting the exhibition design according to the comments of the Organizing Committee and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
