Merging Buon Ma Thuot Business Association and Phu Yen Business Connection Club (old) into Dak Lak Business Association

On August 14, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dao My signed Decision No. 0893/QD-UBND on allowing the merger of Buon Ma Thuot Business Association and Phu Yen Business Connection Club (old) into Dak Lak Business Association.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests that within 30 days from the effective date of the decision, Buon Ma Thuot Business Association and Phu Yen Business Connection Club (old) are responsible for transferring all assets, finance, personnel organization, rights and obligations to Dak Lak Business Association; at the same time, cease to exist, operate and return the seal to the competent authority according to the provisions of law.

Provincial leaders and representatives of Buon Ma Thuot Business Association - Phu Yen Business Connection Club (old) attended the Seminar on the establishment of Dak Lak Business Association.

Dak Lak Entrepreneurs Association is a voluntary, non-profit social-professional organization, operating to unite, gather, build a strong business community and organize activities according to the charter approved by competent authorities, comply with the provisions of law, subject to state management of state management agencies and agencies and units related to the field of operation of the association. Dak Lak Entrepreneurs Association has legal status, its own seal and account, self-guarantees its own funding, headquarters and means of operation.

Previously, in Tuy Hoa ward, Buon Ma Thuot Business Association and Phu Yen Business Connection Club (old) held a seminar to establish Dak Lak Business Association under the chairmanship of Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Do Huu Huy and Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Dao My.

The merger of Buon Ma Thuot Business Association and Phu Yen Business Connection Club (old) into Dak Lak Business Association creates a large-scale, cohesive and influential organization.
