At 4:30 p.m. on September 29, the Ao Ba Ba Festival - Hau Giang 2023 officially opened at Ho Sen Cultural Park, Vi Thanh City, Hau Giang Province. In the mild sunny weather and blue clouds, hundreds of delegates and Hau Giang people gracefully showed off their beauty in many colors of Ao Ba Ba.
