In order to promptly mobilize resources to support people in localities affected by storm No. 10, the Central Relief Committee - Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front announces the account number and contact point for receiving support.

Many houses in Nghe An were heavily flooded after storm No. 10.

The Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front earnestly calls on compatriots and soldiers nationwide, our compatriots abroad, agencies, organizations, businesses, philanthropists at home and abroad, and foreigners living and working in Vietnam to express their good feelings, share, and help spiritually and materially, contributing together with the Party and State to support people in overcoming the damage caused by storm No. 10.

With the spirit of "sharing food and clothes", those who have money contribute money, those who have contributed, those who have little contribute little, those who have a lot contribute a lot (the general level of effort is: cadres, civil servants, public employees, cadres and soldiers of the armed forces, people receiving salaries from the state budget, each person should contribute at least one day's salary or more; workers should contribute one day's income; union members, youth, households with average or higher living standards who save on spending should contribute 50,000 VND or more).
