Previously, in order to proactively respond to storm No. 10, ensure safety of flight operations, people and property at airports, and minimize negative impacts on flight operations, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) requested agencies and units to organize 24/7 duty; strictly implement the Procedures for responding to storms and tropical depressions in civil aviation activities.
For Van Don International Airport and airports under the Vietnam Airports Corporation in the area affected by storm No. 10, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam requests the presiding units to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to inspect the airport infrastructure system, communication system... to promptly detect and handle damages (if any) to ensure the safety of works, stations, and ensure the safety of operations at airports.

Meanwhile, the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company said that due to the circulation of storm No. 10 causing heavy rain in some provinces, the Railway industry has temporarily stopped running some trains.
Specifically, trains NA1, NA2, SE9, SE10, SP8, SP3, SP4, SP7 will stop running on September 30; train SP8 will stop running on October 1.

Previously, the Railway sector also temporarily suspended trains NA1, NA2, MR1 and MR2 on September 28 and trains NA1, NA2, MR1, MR2, SE1, SP3, SP4, SP7 on September 29 due to the impact of storm No. 10.
