Better Choice Awards 2025: Celebrating outstanding innovative products, services and solutions

On the evening of October 3 at the National Innovation Center in Hoa Lac, the Better Choice Awards 2025 Gala - an event honoring outstanding innovative products, services and solutions serving consumers during the year took place in a solemn and explosive atmosphere.

The event was organized by the National Innovation Center (NIC) and VCCorp Joint Stock Company and directed by the Ministry of Finance . Better Choice Awards 2025 is also honored to be part of a series of events responding to the National Innovation Day chaired by the Ministry of Science and Technology, continuing to demonstrate the close cooperation between the State and enterprises in building a comprehensive innovation ecosystem.

The Better Choice Awards 2025 Gala is not just an annual awards ceremony, but has become a technology - art performance stage that has made a strong impression in Vietnam. Attendees witnessed the creative stage design simulating the image of a smart city, accompanied by a unique combination of music , light, modern performance stage with the live appearance of electric cars, smart robots and technology devices - typical symbols of the era of innovation.

Innovation is not only present in consumer products but also evident in solutions. Do Green - Waste Gasification Technology won the Breakthrough Innovation in Green Technology & Sustainable Energy, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable development.

In the healthcare sector, Long Chau Electronic Health Book was honored as a Breakthrough Solution in Digital Healthcare & Healthcare, contributing to the modernization of the community healthcare system.

BE super app received the Breakthrough Solution award for Digital Transportation, demonstrating the strong development of digital mobility services.

In education, The Forum Education VN's University Lecture Online combined with Learning Chatbot was awarded the Breakthrough Solution for Digital Education, opening up a more flexible and equal approach to knowledge.

In particular, Samsung Galaxy AI continued to be recognized in the award for Pioneering Brand in AI Application Serving Vietnamese People. Along with that, Cake by VPBank Digital Bank won the award for Pioneering "Make in Vietnam" AI Platform, showing the harmony between artificial intelligence technology and domestic digital financial services.

Consumer Finance Awards - Breakthrough in Digital Finance

For the first time, Consumer Finance Awards quickly created a strong attraction. ACB Bank's preferential loan program for young individual customers won the Creative Credit Solution award, affirming its orientation to support the new generation of customers.

In the category of Breakthrough Cashless Payment Solutions, the victory belongs to KienlongBank's MyShop & Paybox Store Financial Management Solution, a toolkit that helps small traders and business households easily access digital payments.

The Outstanding AI Digital Banking Award was given to Cake by VPBank, recognizing its leadership in personalizing financial experiences using AI.

Smart Choice Awards - Technology that shapes trends

This year’s Smart Choice Awards saw the rise of many AI-based products. The AI ​​Hay social network surprised everyone by winning the Trendsetting Technology Product award, reflecting the strong shift in the way Vietnamese users interact and create content.

The award for Outstanding Vietnamese AI Solution was given to Galaxy AI, marking a pioneering step in localizing AI for Vietnamese people. The highlight of Galaxy AI is that it is a product developed by Vietnamese engineers at Samsung Vietnam Research and Development Center (SRV), demonstrating the spirit of "Pride of Vietnam" that this award aims for.

In the health sector, the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Series was awarded the Healthcare Innovation Award, while the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 won the Design Innovation category for Technology Devices, affirming its leadership in device form factor innovation.

Finally, Samsung AI TV Neo QLED 8K QN950F was honored in the Breakthrough Device award for multimedia experience, becoming the highlight of the high-end home entertainment trend.

Smart Choice Awards also marks the first launch of Better List, with the participation of leading KOCs in the market in evaluation and assessment, marking the completion of the award system with the full participation of consumers - experts - KOCs. Better List is public and transparent about the number of votes and scores of each KOC, bringing peace of mind to consumers.

Car Choice Awards - Green cars and new generation lead the way

The Car Choice Awards 2025 presents a diverse picture with many car models ranging from popular to high-end, but the most obvious highlight is the strong presence of electric and green cars.

The GenZ Car of the Year and Market Leader Car awards both named VinFast VF 3 - a small electric car model that is symbolic of the strategy to popularize electric cars in Vietnam.

Along with that, VinFast VF5 - HERIO GREEN was awarded Service Vehicle of the Year, demonstrating how the domestic car company has successfully expanded into the green transportation sector.

In the eco-friendly product group, the Honda CR-V e:HEV RS won the Hybrid Car of the Year award, contributing to affirming the gradual shift from internal combustion engines to more sustainable solutions.

In addition, other awards in the Car Choice category were also given to many international brands: Honda City (Family Car of the Year under VND 600 million), Mazda CX-5 (VND 600 million - VND 1 billion), KIA Carnival (VND 1-2 billion), Volkswagen Viloran (VND 2-5 billion), and Lynk & Co 06 (Best New Brand Car).

In addition, VinFast was honored in the category of Rising Automotive Brand, while the Favorite Car of the Year went to Skoda Kodiaq.
