VHO - To promote cultural and tourism development after the merger, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province has directed the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to urgently develop and complete a detailed action plan for the last 6 months of 2025. This plan will include a specific list of events, expected time, implementation progress and host unit, ensuring consistency with the general development orientation of the province.

Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested that, in the process of building the program, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism must pay special attention to improving the scale and quality of key events such as: Cham Ethnic Culture Festival on the occasion of Kate Festival, International Kite Surfing Tournament and other cultural, sports and tourism activities need to be innovated and created to attract a large number of people and tourists.

Research and propose an art program to welcome the Provincial Party Congress, along with commemorative activities after Khanh Hoa reorganizes its administrative units. The goal is to create an atmosphere of excitement and solidarity throughout the province.

Focus on implementing breakthrough and key tasks under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, propose timely solutions to improve the effectiveness of management and organization of cultural, sports and tourism activities in the area.

Research and develop plans to reorganize grassroots cultural institutions in a streamlined, efficient manner, suitable to the realities of each locality. Review and evaluate the current state of tourism development in the province, thereby proposing breakthrough solutions to turn tourism into a spearhead economic sector.

In particular, these two Associations will preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to develop and implement a tourism stimulus program for the last 6 months of the year. It is necessary to mobilize tourism businesses, accommodation establishments, and entertainment units to simultaneously have promotional and discount programs in the last months of 2025.
