According to the report, the province's socio -economic situation in the past 9 months continued to develop stably and achieved many outstanding results in all fields. The organization of the local government's administrative apparatus at 2 levels was implemented in accordance with regulations; the functions and tasks of the units were consolidated, ensuring smooth and effective operation.

Agricultural production was effective, the epidemic was well controlled. Industrial production maintained its growth momentum. Total retail sales of goods and service revenue increased by 16.7% over the same period, reaching 74.84% of the yearly plan.
