Lao Cai responds to the National Digital Learning Festival

On the afternoon of October 15, Lao Cai province organized a program to respond to the "National Digital Learning Festival" associated with the "National Innovation Festival October 1", "National Digital Transformation Day October 10"; summarizing and awarding prizes for the technical innovation contest and the youth and children's innovation contest of Lao Cai province in 2025.

The program is connected online to 99 commune and ward connection points in the province.

In his speech, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Sinh emphasized that in recent times, Lao Cai has pioneered many new and creative ideas with its own mark. Lao Cai is a pioneer province with the model of "Digital Education for All" to popularize digital skills for all people, especially ethnic minority areas. Lao Cai is also the first place to include the criterion of "Happiness" in the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, affirming the vision of development with people at the center.

To successfully implement the 2025 theme: Digital transformation faster, more effectively, closer to the people, requires strong and synchronous participation of the entire political system, the cooperation of businesses and the active response of each citizen.

Provincial leaders awarded prizes to the winning individuals.

At the Program, the Provincial People's Committee awarded 5 localities and community digital technology groups with effective and typical operating models; 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in promoting science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in Lao Cai province in 2025. The Provincial People's Committee also awarded prizes in the technical innovation contest to 18 groups and individuals with new ideas that need to be replicated.
