On October 15, 2025, the 13th Party Central Committee announced the full text of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, to solicit comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio- political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and people.
According to the plan, the time to collect public opinions is from October 15 to November 15, 2025./.
