Full text of draft documents of the 14th Party Congress

The Party Central Office has announced the full text of the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party to collect comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and people nationwide.

Today, October 15, the Party Central Office issued a document requesting the publication of the full draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party, to solicit comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio -political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and people nationwide.

The comment period is from October 15 to November 15, 2025.

The Party Central Committee has announced the full text of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress to solicit public comments.

Collecting opinions on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress aims to gather and promote the people's intelligence and mastery to contribute to the Party in formulating important guidelines, policies and decisions of the country, contributing to improving the quality of draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; consolidating and fostering people's trust in the Party, making the Party's ideas consistent with the people's wishes.

Through publication, discussion and collecting comments, it will contribute to creating high unity in awareness, action and determination in the entire Party, people and army to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Draft documents for comments include:

- Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th National Congress of the Party, titled: "Under the glorious flag of the Party, join hands and unite to successfully implement the country's development goals by 2030; strategic autonomy, self-reliance, self-confidence, and strong progress in the era of national development for peace , independence, democracy, wealth, prosperity, civilization, happiness, and steady progress towards socialism". - Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam. Full text here

According to the plan, Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations will organize the collection of opinions and contributions from officials, Party members, people of all walks of life and overseas Vietnamese through conferences, seminars and talks; record opinions and contributions through the VNeID application; and contribute opinions through press agencies.

The comments will be fully, accurately and objectively synthesized, serving as the basis for completing the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
