Budget revenue and expenditure work always receives the attention, leadership, and drastic and timely direction of Party committees and local authorities, especially the close coordination between provincial departments, branches, and sectors, People's Committees of districts, cities, and the business community and people in the province.

In 2025, the Provincial People's Council assigned the state budget revenue estimate in the area to be 5,986 billion VND, of which: domestic revenue is 5,766 billion VND; revenue from import-export activities is 220 billion VND. The result of state budget revenue in the area up to April 29, 2025 is 2,224.8 billion VND, equal to 37.2% of the estimate, up 3.4% over the same period. Of which: domestic revenue: 2,140.2 billion VND, reaching 37.1% of the estimate, up 2.8% over the same period; import-export tax revenue: 82.6 billion VND, reaching 38.5% of the estimate, up 22.6% over the same period.

In budget expenditure management, sectors and levels always closely follow the estimates assigned by competent authorities and well implement the groups of management and operation solutions according to the Resolution of the Government and the Action Program of the Provincial People's Committee; in which, focusing on solutions to manage budget expenditures strictly, effectively and economically. In 2025, the Provincial People's Council assigned the state budget revenue estimate in the area of ​​16,593.5 billion VND, of which: local budget balance expenditure is 13,560.7 billion VND; expenditure to implement goals and tasks is 3,032.8 billion VND. As of April 29, 2025, local budget expenditure reached 4,423.8 billion VND, equal to 26.7% of the estimate, up 27.8% over the same period./.
